Chocolate Fondue three ways with local fruits from Scott Farm

Join John and Dar of Tavernier Chocolates for a fruit and chocolate fondue workshop! What better way to share chocolate and fruit than with fondue? Festive and fun, this is a lovely thing to serve for gatherings and during the holidays.

We will work off a basic chocolate fondue recipe, and explore three different ways to add ingredients for three very different flavor combinations. Working off a base recipe which we will make together, we will taste all three variations while discussing ideas for serving as a group. Participants will bring home recipes and a small container of fondue to enjoy at home (with fruit, of course!).
