Annie Sherman is a local Dummerston baker and has won prizes and praises for her apple pies for many years. In this workshop, you will learn how to make a great crust while also learning about the best apples to include in a pie.
Here is what Annie wrote in preparation for this workshop:
"Baking is my therapy! I started at a young age watching my mother bake the best pies in the world! I eventually started working at The Bakery in West Dover VT where I had a blast. Marriage and children took my life in the direction of healthcare as a profession but baking has always been my first love. I'm excited to share my passion and look forward to helping others develop their baking skills and maybe even fall in love with baking as I have!"
